Just wanted to wish everyone a beautiful, mystical holiday and remind you that the deadline to apply for 2020’s 222 award is December 31.
Lastly, in honor of Ram Dass who is “Being Here Now” with my beloved Taz, here are a few of my favorite Ram Dass quotes:
“When you know how to listen, everybody is the guru.”
“The quieter you become, the more you hear.”
“Dying is absolutely safe.”

And a story that has given me much comfort as I’m invited into a different kind of relationship with my daughter:

Merry Christmas, happy holidays, Pam. I have being seeing 222 at so many specific points in my day over the course of the last week, and I send a hello to Taz. Just wanted you to know. Maybe she is trying to tell me something, as did your column, since some friends my age and younger are dying around me. I’ve been feeling the reality of it, and the passage if time. Having lost both Dad (3.5 years) and Sis (January 28), this means a lot to me. I do talk to them now and know they hear me and answer.
