“Strike the pose and something is bound to happen.”—Willem Dafoe

In today’s world, we are bombarded with content. We’re flooded with a whirlpool of mostly irrelevant information. It comes so fast, so vehemently that it’s becoming harder and harder to take it in, to accurately determine what is true, what is important.
I was so touched with Carla’s comment on yesterday’s post (actually I bow to each of you who left a comment) that I felt inspired to elaborate, to write more than just a simple response.
She mentioned that while she’d always felt the connection with the Divine, the writing practice that I introduced a couple months ago has increased the signal exponentially. She says it has helped her better understand her guidance. She asks specific questions, gets specific answers. She says she has found greater clarity and peace.
I think all of us have experienced the connection, the peace and the clarity from time to time. Heck, I feel like every book I’ve ever written came from something outside of me. And we’ve all gotten signs, proof, as I called it in E-Squared, that we’re always interacting with an energy field.
We’ve had enough time in to recognize there’s a palpable intelligence that’s wiser than our own personal faculties.
But, until now, we haven’t fully trusted its consistency. We haven’t fully believed we could ask and receive answers at will. At any time.
So with all the nonsense circulating out there in the world, all the ads, the marketing ploys, the campaigns, having a way to access a reservoir of true intelligence is ever more vital. My task, my intention with the two-way is to better create my capacity to receive.
As I mentioned in Art & Soul, Reloaded, the bigger thing is always chomping at the bit to interact with us. It always has. It always will.
And as we live through what Carolyn Myss calls, ”the greatest transformation in the history of civilization,” it’s time for all of us to become active participants, to listen intentionally for the Divine signal, the Voice that speaks only of a radically new vision of love.

Today I told my therapist that I was reigniting my new YouTube “business” pressure free. She’s concerned because I left my miserable job without an “income plan” in place. I told her I’m trusting the FP.
When asked how I know its working…I said, “why else would I hear these lyrics from the rockin’ George Michael song ‘Freedom! ’90’ in my car just now?”
I won’t let you down
I will not give you up
Gotta have some faith in the sound
It’s the one good thing that I’ve got
I won’t let you down
So please don’t give me up
Because I would really, really love to stick around
Oh, yeah…
OH YEAH!!!!
(BTW – I am up to Day 40 conversing with the FP on paper each day.)
Thanks for the inspiration, Pam!!!
Sounds like a very rational plan to me–trusting in the universe! Here’s to wild success!
Thank you, Pam, for these excellent reminders! Blessings and peace to all.
All. No exceptions!
First, I love the graphic of the cell phone that is ‘one’ with the hand. It’s spot on. Second, while I don’t do the journaling practice, I do communicate with my ‘Higher Power’ on my daily, early morning walks. It comes in loud and clear and has answered my questions, inspired my poetry, and comforted me in times of grief. This is where I feel most Divinely connected, although I always know I can reach out anytime, anywhere and receive the guidance I need.
Thank you, Pam, for everything you bring to the table for each of us.
So glad you have an accurate way to reach your guide. As I said, I often feel guided–especially when I’m writing, but this new daily two-way has upped my game. Thanks and happy to be sitting at the table with you!
Thank you, Pam. I love reading your blogs. They are great reminders. I started reading The Course in Miracles Experiment as my inspiration before doing my daily writing. Love all the great stories. It really reminds me to believe in my magic!
any link to the writing post? Thank you, I’d love to join the party!

So happy to hear this, Theresa!
Daily writings, morning conversations are my Hold Ground. I have had some profound awakenings, healings by respecting this early morning silence.
I wake up each morning and look forward to my new understandings. It is such a beautiful place.
The other day I had such a strong connection that I felt my day would be easy and love filled.
By 3:00 in the afternoon I found myself walking and crying because of someone I dearly love being unkind.
But…underneath my sadness was the awareness that my Hold Ground was there and I would find my return to it once again, knowing it never leaves me.
Kate
That’s beautiful! And so special to trust implicitly in the Holy Ground!
Hi Pam – where can I access the writing program. Thanks 😊

It’s nothing formal. I had been blogging about it for awhile and invited others to join the party!
Thanks for that Pam! I needed the reminder. And need to get back into writing and paying attention to the answers. Your books and writings have been such an inspiration to me. Keep on trucking!! (If your close to my age you’ll get that ,lol)
I definitely get that. Keep on trucking indeed!
Happy Thursday, Pam! I agree wholeheartedly with Caroline Myss that we’re in the midst of ”the greatest transformation in the history of civilization.” I learn something new every day in this life-on-earth adventure! Seeking to understand brain waves, instantaneous healing, heart-brain coherence, the quantum realm (and more!) is incredibly exciting to me.
I deeply cherish my connection to Source/Infinite Intelligence/God. And while I don’t feel two-way prayer is the be-all and end-all to finding and enjoying such a connection, I’d certainly endorse it as a tool/path a seeker might want to explore… with love, of course! Always with love… 🤟
Yes. As I often say, all roads lead to Rome!
Dear PAM
With writers like yourself and many others who send the same message Love is real. Love for oneself first and accepting others who may not yet realize Love is all that is real all else is an Illusion ACIM. I am able to stop thoughts that create agitation, most of the time. As in drivers cutting me off or not signaling etc. Being a lifetime student on remaining sane, it gets easier to fall back into the love vibration, because I have trained my mind to look for Love. I am now in my 70’s.
Thank you for your reminders Pam, as my lifetime of journaling has shown me my growth into Loving myself, being worthy and respecting myself. It does take practice.
That’s why it’s called spiritual practice! Love hearing it’s getting easier!
Hi Pam, Its true, the noise is deafening sometimes, so much so that we miss the Devine connection. I have heard that you are coming to the UK. Could you please tell me, is this a holiday or a speaking engagement. I would love to come to an event where you may be speaking. This is because you encourage me so much with what you have to say, I have read some of your books and find them inspiring to create opportunities for connection to Source, To never be so deafened by the noise that I cannot hear or see what is occurring right in front of me
Dear Gill–Thank you so much for your kind words. I am coming to the UK to spend a couple weeks in your lovely countryside with my sister. No events planned. And thanks for your interest.
Thankyou Pam for this post and for your previous post titled “Straight to the Source”. The timing of these is perfect for me right now. I am going through a major life change – my father just passed away earlier this month after a very short and sudden illness and I am now living with my mum because of her health issues. I haven’t kept up with my ‘two-way’ practise since early May when my dad went into hospital, and after reading these posts I realised that now is the time I need this practise more than ever. So yesterday morning I picked up my pen and notebook and reignited my conversation with BrotherGod, and I’ve just done so this morning too. And I can’t tell you how much better I feel having done so. 🙏🦋💙 So thank you for the reminders, the inspiration, and the encouragement to tune into the wisdom and love that is always available to us. Always. What a gift. 🎁🌝🌹💛🎈🥰 May BrotherGod and The Cosmic Concierge bless us every one. 😉🙏😊
Dear sweet Jenny Louise–I am so very sorry to hear about your dad. Lots of changes and upheaval in your life. I send you such loving thoughts and I so wish I could give you a big hug. I think all of us in this community feel your kindred spirit and send you light. After all, you give US so much light.
Thank you so much dear, lovely Pam. I deeply appreciate your loving and kind encouraging words at this sad and challenging time. I can feel your hug in my heart, and the light that you, too, bring to us all pouring on my soul. Here’s to all of us shining our lights for each other, through sad times, hard times, and in the joyful, bright, beautiful times too. Much love from me to you dear friend. 💛✨🦋🌷🌝🤗
Jenny sorry to hear about your dad may he Rest In Peace. Wishing you many happy present moments with your mom. One day at a time💫
Thanks so much for your kind words Linda. That’s very thoughtful of you. 🙏🌷 Yes, one day at a time, and with the love I share with my mum and siblings we will get through this hard, sad time. 🥰💖
Thanks, Linda. Sometimes for me, it’s even one moment at a time. LOVE!!!!!
Yes, one moment at a time. One breath, one step, one moment. And being present in that moment helps to get us through to the next moment, and each moment after that. 🙏💖🦋
For the past couple of weeks I’ve been having difficulty with the “noise” of the internet(social media, etc.). So much anger and hate being displayed. I often refer to it as being similar to the pink slime from the Ghostbusters, the one that made New York aggressively angry. I am ready to disengage from that atmosphere, so I will renew my efforts with the writing activity in hopes of letting go of whatever draws that behavior to me, and to get to a place that is instead surrounded by joy and peace. Thank you for continuing to be a light.
I would love to hear more about the writing practice you referred to in this post. Could you possibly link me to the original source? Thank you!
