“Love is present everywhere, and its presence only needs to be realized.”—David Hawkins
If you really want to change your life, ditch the struggle, throw overboard the idea that you have to do more, try harder.
ACIM Lesson 74 (There is no will but God’s) encourages us to give up conflict and rest in a deep sense of joy and increased alertness. It tells us this peaceful, joyful way of being is what’s natural.
It tells us that any time we perceive a problem, we’re at odds with how God sees us.
It’s probably a good time to re-mention that God is nothing like the long-bearded guy the church made up for the sake of convenience and control.
Super God (or the Dude) is a luminous force of constant love and life is an enormous piece of art that I’m helping to create with my thoughts, with my frequency, with my love.

Oh Thankyou Pam. Your words so succinctly express these truths that I grasp them with ease. I just LOVE your metaphor about life being an enormous piece of art that we’re each helping to create. Fabulous. And finally I’m starting to understand the truth that The Dude’s will for me is actually even better than I could imagine and I will love it! It’s not something I should do to please “him” but is in fact what he/she has planned for me that will please ME!! I get it!!! Yay!! Thankyou Pam. I truly love you! 😁👍🏻💖 (& something extra exciting is that I’m also really starting to love life and to love MY life. This is a huge blessing, and your words have been a significant part of helping me get here 😊) Hugs and blessings to you my friend 🦋
PS forgot to mention that I just LOVE that video! I jived along to it on the bus and was so lost in it that the driver shut the door after letting off all the psssengers with me still on the bus!! Ha!! 😁 a great and inspiring start to my day! Thankyou 😊
Let go of the struggle is a message from my guides almost daily. Laugh and Play is how to create my heart’s desire. Thank you again for a wonderful message and video!
I hope this makes some sense to you. If I ever send you anything that doesn’t work for you just set it aside and keep on keeping on. Love you.

A gorgeous way to start my day – as always! Wonderful video!! Loving your take on ACIM.
Thank you Pam!
I LOVE this song (and not just because of the 🐦🐦🐦!!! ) It ALWAYS comes on the radio when I need to hear it Most! And of course this was perfect for me today !
I appreciate and love you more than you can imagine 🌈🎵📚😎
Why do we want to struggle? I like this lesson. And the song is on my happy songs playlist. I put it on to repeat 3 times. Great video!
Funny, I also have a happy songs playlist, and this is on it!
Thankyou so much Pam, for your beautiful loving and unique brushstrokes on the canvas of our reality. You are inspirational my dear
Feeling so blessed to be part of these messages and then sharing the afterglow with my family and all who cross my path ❤
Every little thing is gonna be alright!
Pam, it’s often like you’re reading my mail. Sometimes life is insane, and this is one of them. My editorial/writing blog was just named one of the top 50 of 2018. My short-story collection came out yesterday via a nice small press. Writing, editing, and dogs.
Yep, it’s seemed like a lot of efforting.
“. . . rest in a deep sense of joy and increased alertness. It tells us this peaceful, joyful way of being is what’s natural.”
You have no idea how I needed those words today.
Thank You!
For so much of my life I felt guilt and shame because I didn’t work “hard enough”, because I’d rather spend my time outdoors with the birds, wind, sand and sun. I would read “motivational” text that only served to make me feel worse. Your words are so refreshing! and I have found that the best things have happened to me when I wasn’t worrying about what was or wasn’t happening. And “Three Little Birds” is on my Happy Songs playlist, and one of my favorites! Thank you!
Pam, your words emphasized by the video absolutely FILLED my heart and brought tears to my eyes!! Oh how I wish this was the type of scene we could witness on the daily media! What a cleansing that would encourage!
Hi,
I hope you receive this message because I wanted you to know how much your daily blog means to me. This year as you go through each lesson in The Course of Miracles, I am with you, behind in pace, but with you nonetheless.
I had been telling myself that I could not afford a newer car, that no one would want to loan me the money, and my 15 year old car with 249,000 miles on it might just quit any day.. So, as the last few lessons involved forgiveness of myself and everyone, in particular going through the gray mist of my ego’s reality to reach the TRUTH, Tuesday morning as I was meditating I decided that day I would buy the perfect car at the perfect price. Mid-afternoon, I decided to go to Carfax and put in 2014 Ford Focus and the first car on the list was $1500.00 off the list price, less than 9000 miles, yes that is right, less than 9000 miles on it with one owner & a perfect record of maintenance. I called, then went, and bought the car that day and the dealer added extra benefits at no charge, the financing was a breeze and a great interest rate.
So, now I have the perfect car at the perfect price! I struggle with letting go, to not worry and trust that “everything is going to be alright”, but a part of me KNOWS it will be.
Thank you with my entire being for your words and your presence.
Cathy
