Why I live by Bobby McFerrin’s “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” mantra

“Dare to love yourself
as if you were a rainbow
with gold at both ends.”
― Aberjhani

This is getting crazy.

I just heard about two college professors at two different colleges who assigned, E-Squared. For college credit. One is even going to send me her students’ papers which, as she said, were “pretty amazing.”

And someone sent me this picture of Andy Dick, the comedian, actor and Season 16 Dancing with the Stars competitor, who is apparently reading it, too.

With the new book, the one I’m writing now, I throw down an even bigger gauntlet. Full-time joy. Constant contact with the Divine Buzz.

Because the more joy you have in your life, the better life works. The more gratitude you feel, the wider the door opens for life’s largesse to flow in.

In fact, the ONLY thing that can keep it away is the walls we all build with our crazy thoughts. But once we quit believing our ridiculous, crazy-making thoughts, once we start trusting that joy is our natural, God-given state, all the security forces in the world can’t keep our good away.

Pam Grout is the author of 17 books including E-Squared: 9 Do-it-Yourself Energy Experiments that Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality and the recently-released sequel, E-Cubed, 9 More Experiments that Prove Mirth, Magic and Merriment is your Full-time Gig.

  1. Pam, honey, OF COURSE we’re all reading E2. It’s simply the right time. As I continue to remind my book study classes, we need to move from miracle mindedness to mastery mindedness – from “Oh, Wow!” to “Of course.” Joy, abundance, beauty, peace, these things are our birthright as adored children of the Cosmos. Thanks again for opening the door for so many of us. I think the new mantra needs to be “Of course.”

  2. Hi Pam, Love this! “all the security forces in the world can’t keep our good away.” You always make my day with your newsletters. Wishing you much fulfillment and joy as you complete your new book 🙂 Debra 💐🌸🌷

  3. I just started reading Carlos Santana’s book, he mentions the universal tone and radio frequencies and I’m thinking. Omg he must know Pam Grout!

  4. Hi Pam,

Your books (E2 & E3) mean so much to me. They give me happiness, sense of security, courage, much love, and above all, fun!
I read them over and over again on my iPhone on my way to and from work every day! Thank you for adding so much to my life! You are GREAT!

  5. Pam,

Can we preorder your upcoming book. I’m ready for more Pam Grout!

    Happy Wednesday,

    Mike

  6. Am reading BOTH books- wonderful, wonderful easy to access pure joy. I’ve manifested so many things that I’m rapidly approaching the point where I’ll be able to levitate at will!
Thanks, Pam, for sharing your gift-would love to read some of the students responses. We need to empower the next generation to help them save our precious planet!

    1. Would love to hear more about personal manifestations. Loved both books.
It’s already Thursday morning here in Australia so wishing you all a happy and blessed Thursday.

  7. I’m the johnnn-come-lately, new kid in town, having read your books, E3 and E2, in that order only a coupe of weeks ago, and can’t wait to read the rest of your books. And, can’t thank you enough.

  8. Yay! I wish they’d teach your books in middle and high school. My daughter, who is 14, goes back and forth on the whole thing. Part of her is a believer, but much of the time, she just calls it “your positive thinking crap”, just because it’s coming from her mom. So even thought I constantly gush on about magic and miracles and E2/E3, she won’t read the books (yet). If they were required reading, and required experiments in school, who knows what amazing things she and her friends could believe and do?!?!
I cannot wait for your next book, and the next book, and the next book!

    1. My daughter has been known to say the same thing about the “positive thinking crap,” but you better believe she’s paying attention. Thanks, Pamela. We have so much in common, eh?

      1. What a wonderful compliment (that we have so much in common)! And it is nice to know that your girl has thrown that phrase around. But I am sure, that now that she is older and wiser, and has seen just what you have done with it, she probably buys in graciously.

  9. You betcha! Lovin’ the joy that’s rolling through my life right now. You’re books and newsletter have definitely played a part in creating direction and clarity in my life. Rock on, sistah! Joy is the word!

  10. Awesomeness. I was just thinking about how cool it would be to take a class about LOA stuff in a school environment. Maybe this is a hint from the universe that this will appear in my life soon. Good stuff.

  11. I read your books and gave the experiments a try. My best friend who had Duchenne muscular dystrophy and was in a wheelchair and ventilator dependent recently passed away. He is the Guinness book world record holder for crossing the USA in a wheelchair and I rode a bicycle behind him and took care of his needs. Needless to say we were very close. Because he was on the ventilator he was never more than an arms length away from me for the past 14 years. After his passing I went for a walk but before I left I asked for a sign if he was okay. His name was Matt Eddy and I said Matt if you’re okay show me a Boston terrier that I have never seen because hereally loved that breed of dog and had four in his lifetime. When we arrived at the park we were walking passed a car and two Boston Terriers that looked like his from the past jumped up and started barking at me. They look like in acted like his old dogs. I was blown away and thank you for the books!

  12. I subscribed to your newsletter in January and was happily receiving them. Suddenly they just stopped. I tried to re subscribe with no luck. Mysteriously I found a bunch in my junk email and today, May 14th, they are back! Just at the perfect time! Thanks!

  13. I just read E2 and am starting on E3, they’re both brilliant, resonating strongly with me from the moment i picked them up. I felt like I was being guided to from listening to your piece for this year’s Hay House World Summit, which I was drawn to because you have such a big happy smile in your photograph. Even though my son claims to not be into reading (he seemed to go off books as soon as he discovered the joys of x-box lol) I feel compelled to at least suggest to him that he might want to give them a go. At the moment whenever i talk about energy he smirks and does that ‘what are you talking about? look. It’s about time they started teaching quantum physics in schools as standard, this is stuff that our kids NEED to know!
