I believe in fairies, love and infinite possibility

“Once you meet the God of love, you tend to fire all the others.”—Mirabai Starr

First, I want to say that I love you all SO MUCH.  I love your comments, your insights, your willingness to join me on this crazy, rocking peace train.

I’m just home after an 8-day road trip with my mister. Our ultimate destination was Taz’s Hot Dirt, a regenerative farm that sits a couple hours north of Toronto. We had the great fortune to meet the magic woman behind the project that the 222 Foundation chose to honor in 2022.

Dawna Wightman is a dreamer, a creative, a nonstop force for good and a catalyst for new possibilities. She designed Taz’s Hot Dirt to not only feed people’s bellies, but to nourish the hunger of their soul. Volunteers harvest the produce and then take a bag of it to someone who could use a friend, someone who maybe doesn’t feel connected. Not everybody knows quite yet that it’s impossible to be separate or to be outside the circle of care.

I especially love that Dawna consults with Taz out at the farm and that they’re both expecting worker fairies any day.  Don’t laugh. Penny Kelly at Lilly Hill Farms worked with a group of elves to produce 100 tons of grapes on 13 acres, an utter impossibility if you ask any viticulturist.

I realize these kinds of stories make me sound like a cuckoo bird, but I dig being what the “real world”  deems a little crazy.  My daily intention, in fact, is to free myself from all habits and “beliefs” taught to me by my culture, to relinquish all limitations.

As far as I’m concerned, the bedrock of reality is love and everything else is just an unfortunate perceptual habit. In my Course reading this morning, I was struck by the line that everything we see out there in the world (the chaos, the separation, the arbitrary viewpoints) is made out of the things we don’t want within ourselves, the things we can’t accept.

When we separate ourselves from life, begin to identify with a body, we start casting all we find “intolerable” out there.

The reason this is GREAT news is that, in truth, everything occurs in our own minds where we do have complete and total sovereignty.

The Amazingly Awesome 222 Benefit Concert is happening this Sunday at Unity Village with Karen Drucker, Greg Tamblyn and me. I posted a photo on FB of the three of us and announced it as the start of our World Tour.

FYI: It’s also the end of our World Tour, at least for this year. If you happen to be coming to this ginormous T.A.Z. (Totally. Amazing. Zone. –shoutout to Pamela Joy for the inspiration), I expect to receive a big hug.

Whatever you’ve got planned for this weekend, I trust that you will make it the very best one of your life.  #222 Forever!

  1. Just had to share this. I was trying to connect my computer to the internet but it tends to be a bit hit and miss here in remote NSW, Australia. I wanted to do a zoom qigong session so I was cursing the internet yet again, but while waiting, I saw your latest post on love, on my phone. As I read it, I figured, nothing to lose, so I started blessing the internet, sending it love and gratitude and the dude laughed with me as the internet instantly connected. Gratitude to the universe and always gratitude to you Pam for keeping me aware!

    1. It’s amazing isn’t it, when we speak lovingly to our devices (instead of swearing with them lol) the Universe will just about always come to the party! Your ‘zoom Qigong’ caught my eye. I’m in Cooktown FNQ and I’ve only recently discovered and fallen in love with the practice. Recently fractured my ankle so trying to find some online sitting Qigong. Sending love your way and have a fabulous weekend. x
P.S. Pam’s emails are the best aren’t they.

  2. I totally love that quote by Mirabai Starr. 🥰✨ At the moment the “God of Judgement” still thinks he’s got a job at my place, but next time I see him I’ll have to tell him in no uncertain terms that his contract has expired and he has to pack his things and leave immediately! 😄👌🏻🥳

I’m finding it fascinating as I observe myself trying to accept that fairies and elves are real, and to not think that Pam Grout must have lost the plot! 😄 And yet, as I sit here looking out the window at the magnificent, huge oak tree in my parents’ back yard watching the tiniest of birds darting about like a fairy might, I’m wondering why it’s so difficult to accept that fairies and elves could indeed be real. Why is that any more impossible to understand than some of the seemingly miraculous things we take for granted every day? Like caterpillars becoming butterflies. Like the fact we don’t fall off a spinning, moving planet as it travels along its orbit of the sun. Or any of the millions of examples of incredible “unbelievable” things that are real and true. So, I hereby declare that I, too, am now a ‘cuckoo bird’ and that I believe in fairies and butterflies, and tiny birds, and Light Years, and ‘miraculous’ healings, and elves, and all the “impossible” things that many of us just haven’t decided are actually possible. Amen! It feels liberating and fun! 😁 I can’t wait to meet my first fairy! 🧚🏼‍♀️🥳😄

Thank you Pam Grout for your inspiring, thought provoking, lighthearted and wise posts that encourage, stretch and delight us on this journey we are all traveling. 🌏🌞 I love them and I love you! 😁🙏🧡

    1. I so appreciate your beautiful comments!!! And I’m thrilled that you have a tiny willingness (all you need) to attract a fairy, an elf AND an angel!!!

      1. You’re so welcome! 😍
And woohoo to only needing a tiny willingness to attract a fairy, elf and an Angel! Amen! Stay tuned for the stories 😁🙏😇🧚🏼‍♀️🥳

  4. Got all your books – thank you so much. You are truly inspiring. Your bks are recommended material for my students.

  5. You and the Mister look like the 21st century Ma & Pa Kettle. I mean that kindly.
This sounds corny, but you and Mike Dooley changed my life. I took the course that he co-authored with you on manifesting. You guys were SO positive, I thought I could be that way too. So I’m trying all the time. I’m 75 and didn’t think anything would/could move the needle in my life at this age, but you guys did. Am glad I had your books on hand – “Thank and Grow Rich” and “The Course in Miracles Experiment” to refer to and hold closely in my heart. Thanks for everything Pam!!!

    1. We were going for Grant Woods’ American Gothic, but Ma and Pa Kettle works, too.

And I am beyond thrilled to hear that the course Mike and I offered moved the needle on your life. That makes me SO HAPPY!!!!!

  6. Wishing I could be at the Unity concert. Maybe you will all perform on Long Island one day
Thank you for all your beautiful inspiring emails🩷💫

  7. Dear Pam
I was excited to see you were in my home town.
I am going to be in touch with Taz hot dirt to offer my help.
Thank you, for your dedication .
    Marianne

  8. Love your exploration of your unlimited nature. It inspires all of us to question our limiting beliefs (which are numerous). Thank you.

  9. Thank you for your nuggets of wisdom and joy in my inbox, and a reminder that “bedrock of reality is love.” Have a most fantastic weekend!

  10. You are not crazy, dear one. Sir Arthur Cannon Doyle believed in fairies. You don’t have to defend yourself. I am still teaching myself that there is so much more than just what we can see and hear. Thank you so much for these blogs that remind us that is the energy of everything!

  11. Thank you, Pam for changing us, just by the way you live your life. My heart is honored to read and digest the wisdom that flows through you and into mine. Namaste💖
