“I’m amazed that I can make up such amazing stuff.”—Willie Nelson

I’ve written about Willie Nelson before—how he credited gratitude with turning his whole career around. Last weekend, I finished his latest book—Energy Follows Thought. I mean, how can I resist a title like that?
He believes, like I do, that our lives are created out of the things we place our attention upon. As we all know, there’s an awful lot of possibilities to choose from.
And more often than we care to admit, we fail to put our attention upon ease, grace, peace and other desirable items from the universal jukebox.
At last week’s P.P. (possibility posse), my friend mentioned an afternoon she blew by obsessing about the difficulty of some technological glitch that needed to be fixed on her website. After several hours of trying, she remembered. “Oh, I have a personal assistant. Maybe she can figure it out.”
She called the P.A. who promptly answered, “Of course, I’d love to!”
Which inspired me to write this post, mostly to remind myself (after all, that’s why I write them) that the Dude ALWAYS gives the same answer. “Of course, I’d love to.”
“It is my great pleasure to show you in three-dimensional, living color the out-picturing of whatever you choose to focus upon.”
Our part? Get on the right frequency and, as J.C. pointed out, “the fish will jump into the boat.”
Have the most incredible, interesting and fun weekend of your life. #222 Forever!!

Thank you Pam, I needed this reminder today! And I’m looking forward to reading Willie’s book.
Just FYI, the book isn’t specifically about thoughts creating reality. But it does touch on that. Enjoy!!!
I love your name Diane because my Dad named me the same! It’s fun but I wonder how many friends get us confused? I rarely write a comment as I get more enjoyment reading others. I’ll probably add “Diane in SC” should I choose to leave a comment in the future. Just wondered who you are and where you are – any friend of Pam’s is a friend of mine!
Be Love,
Diane in SC.
Hi to all the Dianes that might be here!!! And the Jeans and the Joes and Josiahs!
Oh I love those Lyrics! Thanks for sharing Pam- you’re the best!
I love you Pam!
Yes, yes and yes! That’s a beautiful book and it sits on my table always… (along with Thank & Grow Rich and other greats!)
Thanks!!!
Simply BEAUTIFUL, Pam!! Thank you!! I didn’t know this 🎶 tune, tho I’ve embraced the message for quite a while, and had it reinforced time and again, via your b❤️❤️ks!😉
(There must be a hedgehog in Willie’s night sky in the video🦔💕)
Love you, Pam!!
I’ll have to look again for the hedgehog! Woo-hoo!
Of course, I’d love to share with you Pam Grout,

Amazing and Awesome 🙂
Of course I would love to read one of your books 😁
I’m so happy you’re here. Wondering how you found the blog without reading my books? Either way! Welcome!!!!
Similarly, I like to say, Action follows thought. It’s a law.
Thank you
Thank you Pam! I love this Willie Nelson song and video, what a wonderful gift to share with us. I also purchased his book immediately after reading this. I hope you have a weekend! ❤️
Willie!!!!!
Sounds like I should get Willie’s book too. I don’t know if you ever got a chance to look at the copy of Adventure of a Lifetime that I sent you – we are each telling the same story from slightly different perspectives. I really hope a lot of people will read our books to plant more and more seeds of possibility – that is how we will find the new improved dreams for our future. I kind of think a lot of us “elders” have well ingrained ideas though, so I have been compelled to create a “family” version of my book entitled, “Adventure at the Edge of Creation” (https://amzn.to/4dTwLby) – my hope is that, not only will some seeds be planted in young minds but that by stealth, I can get the ideas to the parents who would never read the original book… here’s hoping and dreaming of a wonderfully evolving future for all. Maybe you should think about writing a children’s book too 🙂
Love the stealth idea!
Thank you Pam for reminding us that The Dude always says “Of course, I’d love to” in answer to ALL our ‘requests’, whether we consciously ‘ask’ or not. And thanks for sharing that clip of Willie Nelson’s song- I love the gentle animation that perfectly matches the soothing flow of the words and ideas he’s singing about. Beautiful. Here’s to remembering to consciously focus on the peaceful, easy, loving, and delightful options the universe provides, and preparing ourselves for the amazingly awesome results! 😁
Have a fabulous weekend yourself dear Pam! 🥳💖🌱🌷🦋😘
Hi Sweet Jenny Louise! I did have a fabulous weekend!
Thank you, Pam,
That animated video was the greatest! It was beautiful and had super good vibes. And it went so well with the lyrics.
I am thankful for the Dude!
The Dude rocks!
Willie is cool, as are you, Pam. Thanks for sharing, and Happy Sunday!
We’re all pretty cool on this here love train!!!
I believe listening to our souls, the inner knower and cause of causes, creates a different progression than focusing on our mind’s confused and conditioned messages. I believe through listening to our souls and responding to what we understand, we will achieve different outcomes than focusing first on what we are thinking. I believe focusing on what we are doing, saying and thinking is more efficient than focusing on what we are thinking first. I believe creating manifestos for our ourselves and the common man and woman will help us to ascend the freedom and wellbeing summit of human experience. I believe humankind will then be better able to move from the conflict stage to the the freedom and wellbeing summit of human development.
Absolutely, Arthur!!!
