Tuning into a higher frequency

Meister Eckhart once said that if the only prayer you ever utter is thank you, it will be enough. It’s certainly the predominate prayer on my lips these days.

I’m having big, big fun hanging with my sis in an old growth forest. I’m buzzing with gratitude for all your generous comments.

And most importantly, I’m making space first thing every morning to write and commune with “the something bigger.” It seems as if an important connection has been established, that I’m tapping into something important.

I’m accessing a greater sense of openness and peace. In fact, I warned my sister last night that I’m almost at the point of stopping complete strangers and gushing about how much I love them.

It’s becoming more and more clear that this connection is available to all of us. And it’s available all the time. It’s our inheritance. It’s our natural state. It’s who we really are.

We often don’t recognize this because we’re paying attention to other things. We’re paying attention to problems, to worries about the future, to beliefs that we’re not quite good enough.

The best we can do when we operate from that narrow band of energetic perception is reformulate the past, rearrange what we already know. But there’s SO MUCH MORE available.

Now that I’ve made listening and writing my number one priority, the connection appears to be growing stronger. The guidance is flowing. Things that have never been thought are flooding in.

My friend Jay who regularly “sees dead people” said Taz even showed up recently (on 2/22, of course) to say that something even bigger and more profound than my earlier work is being delivered.

All I know for sure at this point is my purpose and my happiness are synonyms. And my purpose has something to do with changing the trajectory of not just my life, but others, as well. And I feel joyous that the portal has been opened.

Stay tuned as I tune in ever more deeply and ever more joyously to life’s unending beneficence.

  4. Recently my car was vandalized..undriveable..parts in backorder..rental car $$$$. Feeling vulnerable and unsafe dominated my thoughts. I have a sign “My Purpose Is To Give Love” ..so I started journaling all the amazing people who have come into my life to help. The tow driver..the body shop guy…the car rental gal…the insurance lady (well she was ok)….Before each encounter I ask God to bring me the best person. It can be challenging but giving love is truly changing my frequency. The security guy saw my stress & offered me his Earl Grey tea. Yesterday Amazon delivered my gift of tea to him. We both felt love…my purpose ❤️

As I look out of my window, I see an ancient oak, bee’s buzzing, flowers blooming and pollen everywhere and I hear the glorious chirping of birds. Wonderful! Just wonderful!

    YOU remind me to keep on practicing forgiveness, judgments in order to be at peace.
    When manure happens, it does get easier to chose acceptance. Not as close to loving what is , but working at it.

Pam, it reminds me of Eckart Tolle’s story when he, after years of depression and unworthiness (not that I could ever imaging you feeling unworthy, ahem…) experienced this enlightenment which apparently has never left him really. I do hope that you won’t spend years sitting on a park bench in a state of bliss, love and what have you…… looks like something supercallifragilisticexpialidocious is about to happen ⭐🌟💫 – very exciting!!! ❤️

  34. I love how your quote today comes from a comment on your last post. You’re a fun one, Pammy Sue! 😎 The quote made me wonder what a “light party” might be, and Google says it’s a Christian alternative to Halloween. Also on that search results page, though, was a wikipedia entry for “stop light party,” described as “a party at which guests wear different colors indicating their relationship-seeking status.” This is more interesting to me because I’ve been noticing how intentionally sending out an “I’m available; I mean no harm; I’d like to connect with you” message-vibe changes my experience… which is maybe somewhat similar to your “greater sense of openness and peace”? Cheers — and Sláinte — to you and your sister! 🥂

    I love reading your blog and it brings me JOY as well as a question. Where does one start when they are stuck in thinking about the past or not tuned in to pure love? What is the baby step as they say. I am definitely thankful for many things but also think of many things I wish I could change or had changed.

Stace, what has worked for me has been the practice of Looking for Light and Good and God in every situation and circumstance (LookingForLight.org) while Living in Heart Centered Gratitude – ANCHORING to the FEELING of GRATITUDE in my HEART, all day, every day.
