Unicorns are the national animal of Scotland and other magical things

“When all your desires are distilled; You will cast just two votes: To love more, And be happy.”—Hafiz

Wow! This is a rather strange admission for a writer to make, but sometimes that’s the only thing I can really say. Wow!

Well that and, of course, thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have just experienced the most extraordinary three weeks, the first two in Scotland where I fell in love with Edinburgh (gotta love a city that regularly perches an orange traffic cone on the head of Adam Smith’s statue) and had a rip-roaring time traveling with the band, The Town Pants.

There were 27 of us together on a bus and not once, in our entire tour of the Scottish highlands, did I hear a complaint, an unkind word or really anything that wasn’t a synonym of “Wow!” Props to this amazing group of musicians and their band of merry fans. As Trish, our plucky tour guide liked to say, “It was pure dead brilliant.” I guess that’s Scottish for amazingly awesome.

And last night, I returned home from Lake Geneva and the All Souls Conference where, even though I was on the bill of speakers, I sat in on every single session (there were mediums, intuitives and, of course, “I’m Spiritual, Dammit’s” Jen Weigel and her intrepid partner Amy O’Keeffe) and can truly say, I feel completely re-energized. For one thing, I spent the week before going through notes from previous talks and playshops. Funny how my own words and ideas feed me.

So for the next week, I’m going to post about some of the beautifully inspiring miracles that have transpired starting with what one of the All Souls speakers said about angels, spirit guides and all the other beings who count on us humanoids to serve as their ground crew.

She mentioned that right now there is a surplus of unemployed angels who are chomping at the bit for a job. They really, really, want to help us and, in fact, are constantly doing what they can to give us signs and direction. Most of us, sadly, aren’t paying attention.

We on the ground crew can facilitate the process by actually asking. Hey, you up there (metaphorically speaking), could you lend a hand? Could you, you know, just step in here for a sec and smooth out the bumps? No ask is too small. No ask is too large.

So Happy Monday, my glorious tribe! Have an extraordinarily epic day! And stay tuned for more magic and miracles right here in this space. #222 Forever!

  1. Lovely post, and today would be the 90th birthday of my mom, who I consider to be one of the angels on my team, along with my dad. I’m always talking to them. Always asking for guidance, and sending them a lot of gratitude for all the gifts and blessings they have given us (their positive attitudes and being role models of 60 years of a beautiful marriage are at the top of that list!).

  2. Hi Pam – interesting that your email showed up this morning. When I read about the out of work angels waiting for someone to call on them I had to write.

I am a super empath with few filters. This past Friday our nearly 14 year old dog, Simone, started failing. My distress was sky high.

We have a history of negative experiences with the vet clinic nearest us and I was desperate not to have to take Simone in to be euthanized. Not only did I not want the vets working there to attend to her but more crucially, I wanted Simone to die in her home, in her bed shrouded with our love for her. Also I wanted her to die with zero pain.

After monitoring Simone all day Saturday and Saturday night, and again starting Sunday morning, my distress and concern grew higher still as Simone refused food and water. My empathy was on over drive.

I went for a stroll in the backyard and it was then I made contact with my Guide. I asked her to please intercede on Simone’s and my behalf. I asked her to ask the angelic realm to please let Simone slip away today in her sleep and that she not experience any pain as she grew closer to death.

By 6pm I was emotionally wiped out and managed to fall asleep while my husband watched over Simone. I suddenly popped awake at midnight. Simone was in her bed at the foot of our bed. Just as I was getting out of bed she let out a short little hum and then she was gone. I looked at the clock and it was precisely midnight.

I walked outside and stood under the full moon and howled out my grief and pain now that my darling pup was gone. And then I strolled the yard and thanked my Guide and the angels for affording Simone a peaceful and noble passing as was my request.

  3. Goosebumps & God Love circulating through my body out my skin! That’s the kind of inspiration that keeps a person upright! Thank you for sharing the magic of a world here on earth. 👍😎🤟

  4. For years I’ve been trying to employ my angels. Now, either they’re not looking that hard for jobs or else I’m missing the signals.

  5. I really don’t know how to thank you for this post! I Love employing Angels!!! One of the best thoughts EVER!
Big Hug to you and your amazing travels Pam.

  6. thank you so much for this post. I have just started reaching out to Angels. I always knew they were there but only asked for help when I needed it big time. Now I know I can anytime. I have been thinking of going to Scotland, so this was just an affirmation to start working on this. thanks for all you do!

  7. A hardy hearty thank you with all i got once again for the beautiful reminder that, as acim says, miracles are (still) the natural order of the day, and just a belief / allowance away from way from them being ones natural habitat ; ) belief is all, all is belief. Go angels and sprit guides!

  8. Thank you for sharing with all of us, Pam. I’m so glad that you’ve had such an amazing trip! Thank you, also, for sharing pointers that are helping Beings awaken to their essential nature. 🙏 Name and form–yeah, cool, apparent body-minds in a world made of “matter,” but in Truth, we recognize ourselves as divine, eternal perspectives of Consciousness.

      1. I’m smiling, Pam! Isn’t it great to be “with” eight billion Beings–all expressions of the One, whether they know it or not. Amazing! Sending love and kind wishes! 🙏 Oh, spelling check, please: How do you spell “groovy?” 🙂

      2. Hi Pam. I’ve known for a few years now, that my life purpose and passion is to share information about our essentional nature, and also about the Law of Attraction. The Source just directed me to make a short YouTube video. Would you ever be interested in a sneak peek? I’m not offernded if you’d rather not. It will be out in a week or so. 🙏

  9. Hi Pam! Could you share a bit more information on the All Soul’s Conference in Lake Geneva? I live not too far from Lake Geneva and have never heard of it. Sounds wonderful and I’m wondering if this is an annual event and how to attend.
    Thanks!

  10. Loving that angels are all around..Paying attention can’t wait for all your other stories thank you.

  11. It’s so nice to hear that the Angels want our requests for help and are eagerly waiting to hear from us. And that there are so many of them without a job at the moment! Looks like one or two of them are now employed – even though I haven’t yet “read their resume” 😄
I’m so glad you had a wonderful time in Scotland Pam, and at the All Souls conference, and I can’t wait to hear more of your magical stories. Heaps of love from Melbourne Australia 💛💖😘💖💛

  12. As a Scotsman.. I’m glad you enjoyed your trip around our great wee country. It’s even better when the sun shines & you don’t need a sweater & a jacket 🙂.. you probably heard this before you left, but the saying goes “Haste Ye Back” 🦄🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👋🏼

  13. Pure dead brilliant !!😂 Thank you Pam for sharing . Love and light and gratitud always to you and all

  14. Been there way back before the pandemic and I absolutely loved it! One of my favourite trips of all time. Where else do you have a national animal that’s mythical and magical? It’s absolutely dead brilliant! Love the people and the place and the accent (and, of course, the men wearing kilts)! 😊 So, hey you, Angels, could you lend a hand? Could you help me and my family go back there to have another magical vacation? 😊 Thank you, Pam, for the reminder to constantly ask our Angels for help and for spreading magic all around. Looking forward to your next posts about Scotland. 🦄 👼

I have been tuning in to miracles, Divine Guidance and all things Nature as best I can though a background of cynical “yea, right.” I’m grateful for the cautious attitude my cynic has but an truly becoming more open to all the energies everywhere.
