Why you should never talk smack about your body

“The body is the best mind reader on the planet.”—Dr. Joe Dispenza

People have started to ask.

What happened on your Top Chef cruise to Bermuda?

Did your intention to lose weight work?

I’m happy to report that even though I enjoyed some of the best food on the planet, my body continued to run the programming I installed from an early age.

My programming of choice says, “I can eat whatever I want and maintain a healthy, lithe and beautiful body.”

Even though the dominant paradigm tells me that food can be dangerous and that I should watch what I eat, I prefer to run my own programming.

My thoughts (and yours, too) carry an amplitude of energy that can easily override the dominant paradigm…as long as I make that conscious decision.

We all have an invisible field of information that orchestrates our cells, our tissues, the chemicals in our bodies and other physical things that play out in the material world.

Nothing is set in stone (the field is infinite and ever-changing). It is only our repetitive habits (reading diet books and articles about losing weight in women’s magazines, for example) that show us the same results. We can change all that seems like “fact” by withdrawing our attention from it and imagining a more pleasing reality.

And speaking of pleasing realities, I’d like to announce the following opportunities:

If you’re looking for something to do this afternoon at 4 p.m. California time, I’ll be answering questions on Healing with the Masters. Here’s a link:

Also, on September 13 and 14th, I’m giving a writer’s workshop in Sydney, Australia with Reid Tracy, president of Hay House, and Leon Nacson, director of Hay House Australia.

And if you’re in Europe, stop by and say hi! at either of the following I Can Do It’s! I’ll be presenting a talk on September 28 in Rotterdam and on October 4 in London.

Come by and help me override the tiresome dominant paradigm that, I’m thinking, has way over-stayed its welcome.
