What marvelous thing might I create today

“A better world is sitting, literally, right in front of us.”–Tom Shadyac
stretching

It’s time for our daily ACIM workout, where we stretch our antiquated views, where we work our imagination muscles, where we reach for a whole new vision.

ACIM Lesson 67 (Love created me like itself) reminds us that we place very low expectations on what might be possible. Even our best and our brightest demonstrate a tiny fraction of what we’re all capable of.

The best way I know for reaching a bigger, more brilliant world is to ask better questions.

Every time we ponder the question “How do I get rid of this?” or “How can I overcome that?” we add energy to sustaining the unwanted state.

As we devote more and more attention to its existence, we further validate its reality. We continue to view the state we’re attempting to overcome as a linear, predictable “problem.”

Not a lot of options in that teensy box.

By continuing to ask the same boring questions and residing in the same uncomfortable little shoebox, we block the flow and full expression of the F.P’s power.

The force, to borrow from Luke Skywalker, “can’t be with us.”

So my intention is to ask bigger questions, to think bigger thoughts?

“What if?” is always a good start.

What if our politicians could see eye-to-eye, to join forces for true and lasting change?”

“What if every child on the planet had a hot meal before they went to bed tonight?”

“What if every family had a roof over their head?”

“What can I do today that makes me dance with joy?

“How can I grow into the loving, wise, inspiring person I am meant to be?”

“What marvelous thing might I create today?”

Anything is possible, but we have to imagine it first. The more big questions we ask, the more we dare to say, “What would it look like if….?,” the bigger our lives will become.

Putting your attention on something calls it into existence. We can literally reshape and redesign our lives by asking bigger questions.

  1. This is a beautiful message, Pam — thank you! I hope you have a magnificent day! Wishing you all the best, Annette

  2. My uncomfortable little shoebox is I get frustrated that all of this love and creativity just doesn’t bubble up from inside me naturally. I need readings, prayer, and this blog to give me my lift into my day..thanks for being part of my journey.

    1. Reframed: What if all this energy, joy, peace, and creativity wants to bubble up from inside of me through Divine love from now on?!❤

  3. got reminded yesterday of the fun and almost surreal manifesting machine we are when we get closer to the FP potential.
I have a wonderful book series of 46 books. I have 45 as I lent one awhile ago and it disappeared. I have been searching for it for several years, not willing to pay the high price for a book I already own.
I had to go for a consult at the hospital yesterday and didn’t want to go. Mom decided she would go with me. We walked into the hospital with minutes to spare. Mom wanted to look at the gift shop. I decided she should look and I would go on. Getting ready to rush up there, I heard Mom ask me if I had looked at their used books. Of course I had! I checked them out off and on as they didn’t change much. Looking that way, I saw a word and fixated on that portion of a title…turned out, of course, to be the paperback of the book I was looking for and cost $0.50! I now have it. Manifesting is a wonderful thing.

  5. Thankyou Pam for a totally fabulous post today. Powerful. Deeply thought provoking. Exciting. And if that ass hat in your head ever tells you you’re not equipped to teach ACIM I hope you blast it with so much love it doesn’t know what hit it!! 😁

  6. This helps so much but I’m still conflicted. I have been able to manifest a move, over 100K to faculae my families move, and our perfect new home. I’m not sure how I did It. I love doing the experiments and did them all the time as it keeps my in alignment.

And here we go…..however I’m unable to sell our former house. I have dropped the price and did all analytical things, but for some reason this hasn’t happen. I focus on how so much pressure will be relieved and my family can totally spectate from this wonderful house. It’s perfect for the next family coming in and I’m sure they will love it. I loved building it and loved living in it, but it’s time for it to serve someone else. I have tried many techniques, but I wonder what’s happening here?

I tried the dude abides experiment and asked for the miracle as we showed it to a new couple in Sunday….. Eveidence will be discovered by this Saturday.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

  7. “What would it look like if….?,” the bigger our lives will become. I like this question and the understanding that I’m asking the questions incorrectly. This is another big one. I like the way you re-frame the questions. And I agree with Jenny Louise. You are very capable to teaching ACIM. Very!

  8. This reminds me of afformations – Noah St. John says that instead of affirming something like “I am so successful”, it is better to ask “Why am I so successful?”. Your mind will start to ask better questions, will start to focus on things that maybe you’ve never thought about.

  9. Everyone of us that is reading your amazing words are part of the 100th monkey story that I first heard Wayne Dyer speak of. The shift is happening. We are speaking out.
    Again Thank-you Pam.

    1. I remember Wayne sharing that early on in his writings and how it’s resonated within me. So happy and honored to be part of the 100th monkey tribe 🤗

  10. I had heard what would it take…I love WHAT IF. Thank you! Again, your words have made the complicated simple and easy. I love this book you are creating!
