If you don’t like what’s happening in your life, stop giving it your undivided attention.

Every day is a brand new day with exciting new possibilities. What happened in the past has no bearing on today unless you continue to stare at it.

  2. I was literally just about to sit down and see if I could find some lab reports from you to print, and, BAM! there you are in my inbox.

Good morning. 🙂 And, yesterday was such a stupid shitty day all because of my undivided attention on the stupid shitty stuff. Onward, ho, to Monday! Yea!!

    Love and right on, Elizabeth

  3. Perfect. Yes. I love your writing style too. Thanks for helping us clear out the clutter and get on with a greater sense of ease and acceptance. Write on! 🙂

  4. Pam,

I was just commenting on this song as our family heard it yesterday (having a little girl rapidly approaching age 5, we hear this song quite a bit 🙂 ), and about how we’re seeing ‘coincidences’ more and more – touchstones or signposts that affirm we’re headed in the right direction…so to see this song posted in your blog this morning, well… Another signpost. Thank you!

  5. Thanks Palm, is wonderful to recive positive reviews and let us see the good that we have and we must enjoy.

  6. I am amazingly awesome today. I am grateful for Gods love that flows to you and through you. It increases my Light. Our choices touch etertinity. Love and Blessings, Gary

  7. A thought crossed my mind earlier today that went something like this…”based on my history, things are not going to change and I am going to stay right where I am…” I immediately thought “NO! That’s NOT the truth and I refuse to believe that!” I was able to do that because of your writings, and encouragements, and doing the exercises in both books! Thank you! And this post confirmed that I am on the right track! Whooo-hooo!

  8. Good Morning. Yep, a day late and a dollar short as usual. I have read E Squared and am in the process of working on E Cubed. I have tried the experiments and am trying to keep an open mind but, yes there is a “BUT”, I have as yet to have an Ah Ha moment. None of the experiments have worked for me. Yes, I have looked for butterflies, etc. but all that has happened can easily be explained by simply focusing on something.

Before I bought a red car, I had not ever seen as many as I do now. Before I cut my finger, I had never realized how many things I touched with it at that spot.

I am retired and don’t work at this point, but just keeping up with repairing things, where we have moved to, is not a never ending job. I am thankful that I am healthy enough and have the abilities to do most everything, but just keeping up leaves little time to focus on manifesting all the things I would love to have and be able to do.

I guess what I am trying to say, is that you still have to be able to live and eat, etc. while you are manifesting what you really would like to have. I guess I am wondering “When” the good times start.

    1. The good times start the moment you begin to thank instead of think! Gratitude unlocks the door. Dip your toe in, my friend. Once the flow begins, there’s little stopping it!!! Sending you love and flow, Pam
