E-Squared:  The 10-year anniversary edition (with a Manifesting Scavenger Hunt!!) GET IT HERE

3 really important pieces of information that most people don’t know.

“If you could observe the physiological changes that take place in your body when you’re in negative states, you would stop immediately.”–Eckhart Tolle

I didn’t learn these three key facts in school. Nor from my parents. Nor from my culture. If I had, I could have saved myself an s-load of trouble.

1. If you want to change something in your life, your thoughts and consciousness are a far better tool than physical effort.

2. Life (or the Divine Buzz that animates everything) is always on your team, re-creating your thoughts and consciousness out here in physical form, making it easier for you to see.

3. We’re here on the physical plane to play around with this animating energy, to have fun, to experience joy.

Pam Grout is the author of 17 books including E-Squared: 9 Do-it-Yourself Energy Experiments that Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality and the soon-to-be-released sequel, E-Cubed, 9 More Experiments that Prove Mirth, Magic and Merriment is your Full-time Gig.

  1. Exactly what I needed to read today. I had gotten to the point that I trust Archangel Michael, LOVE from HOME, and my new angel and guide, Diva, our giant schnauzer who passed on May 8 and is working for us on the other side now. Trusting the Universe had been the one that I resisted but I embrace it today.

My husband had noticed that my side of the bed felt better than his. This morning, he used the L-rods and discovered that I opened a vortex on my side of the bed..right where my heart is when I sleep. I’m not surprised. I’ve done it before.

  2. You are amaZing … I look forward to everything you share . This one … Really TOPs it. Hugsss to YOU.. For sharing what you have learnt . Vilma

  3. I create my world. I am healthy, active, a world traveler, and have financial abundance.

The world is consciously united and creating a world of creativity.

  4. I really do believe this to be true. At the very heart of my soul. Keeping the mind on track is the hard part. I have tried your book (E Squared) and did not have any success. I got frustrated and angry
With myself for not ‘doing it right’….. Messages I got from my childhood, but I will keep trying. Something’s gotta give, right?

  5. I’ve been listening to an audio book in the car today, by Dr Wayne Dyer. This article in total harmony with that message. Synchronicity! 🙂

  6. I just want to say thank you for these posts! I come to this little section of the internet every day hoping for a new post. It is like a breath of fresh air. I have been conditioned my whole life to feel like a failure and not good enough (though I put my mask on and hide it well)! Little by little I am trying to use these methods to find joy again. Thank you! Please keep the post coming…. 🙂
