Tell it like you want it to be

“We have perfected the attitude of worry. If we don’t have something to worry about, that worries us.”—Michele Longo O’Donnell

Our ability to manifest material things is the reason most people get excited about the principles from E-Squared. But “manifesting stuff” is really a bit of a misnomer. The truth about the quantum field is that you are already connected to everything you could ever want to manifest.

What you end up drawing from the quantum soup of endless possibilities is whatever you focus your attention upon. What coalesces around you is what you invest your energy in.

Because the dominant paradigm focuses on problems, that’s what we see. When we focus instead on gratitude, on what is going right (so many more things than you can even imagine), problems dissolve back into the nothingness from which they arose.

Pam Grout is the author of 17 books including E-Squared: 9 Do-it-Yourself Energy Experiments that Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality and the soon-to-be-released sequel, E-Cubed, 9 More Experiments that Prove Mirth, Magic and Merriment is your Full-time Gig.

  1. Thanks for this Pam, perfect timing. I was just getting distracted by logistics of work and then this came through. THANK YOU. 🙂

  2. Thank you! Boy do I ever have a story to tell you. Off to the farm. I will be back with a brilliant story!

  3. When you really think deeply about it, you KNOW its true. That we “Bring about what we think about” I challenge anyone to prove this wrong. And yes I’m talking about what we think about in our “Heart Of Hearts”

  4. Thanks for the great post, but there are multiple factors affects the happening of an event besides me so in this scenario how would I control or get the results in my favor? Pls help.Love n blessings.

    1. Manish, I think the thing to recognize is that your waking-self – your ego – thinks in terms of scarcity, and therefore, competition.

Competing “wills” naturally follows from the ego’s fearful logic.

But in the book of Matthew, Jesus did NOT say having a tiny faith would literally move a mountain – UNLESS another will stands in the way.

And then He added that NOTHING will be impossible to you.

Allowing God’s Laws expresses the wholeness behind the parts – but logic’s reason only brings the possibilities disparate fragments seem to offer.

  5. Reblogged this on Natures Healing and commented:
Gratitude is something that is firmly playing a role in my life, being grateful on a daily basis for the small things helps being grateful for the lessons to be learnt 🙂 Enjoy this post from Pam Grout

  6. I’m so glad I found you! I just picked up a used copy of Jumpstart Your Metabolism (only through chapter 2 – loved your Tony Robbins reference, I did the firewalk with him three times back in the day) I figured you might have a blog I could tune into. I’ve been an Abraham-Hicks lover/live-er/believer(?) for years and so I can’t wait to read more of your work and thoughts. My blog is all about finding finding joy and appreciating, since the more you do the more it comes. Ok, I’m off to explore more of your blog.

  7. A daily dose of gratitude is like choosing a green smoothie drink over a snickers bar…eventually, when you choose to feel and express gratitude over fear, worry, shame and blame, you release all the “toxins” that keep your energy down. When all those daily green smoothie choices become the norm, you look in the mirror and see your own radiant good health smiling back.

  8. It’s great to hear this message put so clearly – an antidote to the negatives of the modern world. I actually think doctors should be prescribing this type of information. Take one Pam Grout article every morning, and a Louise Hay in the evening. 🙂

  9. I am a 71 year old retired teacher. Before I die this is what I would like to happen; I would like to win the lotto. I would like to play golf off 9. My current handicap is 20! I would like to play a round of golf in Augusta. I live in Ireland. That will do for starters.
