“Get filled with life.”–Michele Longo O’Donnell

“Happy! Happy! Happy!”–Phil Robertson, Duck Commander

Just have a couple fun items to share today.

Taz and I got back from Chicago last night (We had a blast giving away our stack of five dollar bills) and I’ll be back on the blog next week.

Among other things, look for a fabulous guest post from Amy Zoe at the blog, A Beloved Life.

In the meantime, just have to share this fabulous photo of a cake that was waiting for Taz and me in our suite at the Peninsula Hotel. Yes, despite it’s accurate appearance, this is a delicious cake with chocolate fondant frosting.

And then for Friday at the movies (one of my favorite traditions), check out this amazing You Tube video of the Einstein wands at work:

Thank you, Leslie Draper!!

Have a stupendous weekend!

  1. Ok so this is strangely funny. About an hour ago I was at the store with my friend who was searching for some items she needed to make cake balls for her nephew’s birthday. A lady overheard us looking for the chocolate that hardens and gave suggestions. I don’t bake so when they mentioned “fondant” I had no idea what they were talking about. Then we go down the aisle and I see a “fondant roller.” After shopping we came to my place where I made some crackers and cheese with hot sauce and vegetables to go with my red wine. After she left I get online to read this post and see that you used the word “fondant” (the third time I’ve heard it now) and have two wine glasses with a bottle of red wine in the pic above. On my table is the same thing. Very cool. That wouldn’t happen to be a bottle of Cabernet Franc would it?

  2. Loved this experiment! I bought a couple of L-shaped, plastic covered, wire garden stakes today – the kind that are meant to keep tall flowers upright. Wasn’t sure if they’d work as well as bare wire, but thought it would be worth a try – rather than breaking my nails and creating sore fingers unbending and re-shaping wire coat hangers!

Anyway, just as in Leslie’s experiment, they worked a treat! Thought happy thoughts and they went right out to the sides, thought sad thoughts about something I saw on the news a couple of days ago, and they crossed over in the middle. Fantastic proof that our thoughts really do create corresponding vibrations! Not that I doubted it for a moment, but great to have something visible to help convince others…

Thank you Pam, and for your wonderful book, I’ve been telling all my clients about it and sharing the link to Amazon.co.uk on my Facebook pages! 😀

  3. Pam, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed your interview on Diane Ray’s Hay House Radio show on July 30.

Anyone else interested in hearing it can go to that site – HayHouseRadio – and click on “Archive Preview.” Then scroll down to Diane Ray’s “I Can Do It Hour.”

It should be available until (probably) next Tuesday, when Diane R, posts her next weekly broadcast.

      1. When we heard your response to D.R.’s doubts about being positive all the time, my wife said out loud: “Me and you, Pam!”

  4. Thanks for the book and ideas! Love it!

Right now, I’m kind of wishing I had a better example of “negative” thoughts than Mt. Laundry. But I’m a mom to 3 girls and there’s always laundry. Deep breath. Laundry. I can see those wands crossing already. 😉

  5. Great video! I just did experiment number one, and 24 hours into it, I received a gift! I am so thrilled. Although I am no stranger to the ideas in the book E Squared, doing the experiments is such a kick! Can’t wait to do more.

I learned muscle testing a few years ago, and it was great to put my positive or negative intention into water bottles and then muscle test the bottles. We can affect our food and drink, too!
